Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return or exchange unworn/unused non-final sale items within 7 days after you have received your shipment.

BEGIN A RETURN: Access your order by logging in with the email used to place your order. You will find our customer login button next to the search bar on our site. From there you can request a return. Otherwise, please contact orders@prefontaineshop.com or call us at 254-741-9794 during store business hours to initiate a return or exchange.

USA RETURN & EXCHANGE FEES: You may purchase a shipping label with a trackable carrier of your choice, or we are happy to send you a return label, which will deduct $10 dollars from your refund amount.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN & EXCHANGE FEES: You may purchase a shipping label with a trackable carrier of your choice, or we are happy to email you a return label, which will deduct the cost of the shipping label from your refund amount. Shipping label prices will vary.

All returns must be shipped within 3 days of initiating the return.

Refunds are sent once the item is received in-store.

All discounted items, as well as cosmetics, eyewear, hats, jewelry and home goods are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We do not offer price adjustments on sale items.
